Repetitive Stress Options
A wise man once said, "There are always options in life" It's the same for your personal health and well being. How healthy are you? What is your daily stress level like? Do you eat well? How much sleep do you get every night? When did you have your last physical?
In some cases your RSI symptoms can be impacted by your general health. Talk to your doctor and find out what you can do for general exercise. Improve your diet, reduce your stress levels at work and home. Reducing your stress, improving your diet, and regular exercise can make a huge difference in your symptoms, you can even do some things you thought you never could.
Did You Know
If your RSI is work related and covered by Workman's Compensation you are not required to pay for any treatment (in most states) if your RSI is covered by Workman's Compensation you can usually choose your own doctor for treatment. You can ask your doctor to prescribe physical therapy or chiropractic treatments to treat your RSI.
